Another beautiful fall soup
900 g Cauliflower (you can use frozen)
1 ½ L Vegetable stock
1 tsp Thyme
½ cup Almond milk
- Cut the onions and cauliflower, this doesn’t have to be pretty, because we are going to blend it.
- Fry the onion until they get soft.
- Add cauliflower, thyme and stock.
- Cook it until the cauliflower is really tender.
- Blend the soup with the almond milk.
