These delicious muffins are super easy to make, and taste amazing. This recipe is made by my 6 year old son Bjørn, who had the cravings for a quick chocolate cake, and now it is one of our go to recipes.
Serving: 12 muffins
1 cup Whole grain flour
4 tbsp Cacao powder
1 tsp Soda
½ Tsp Baking powder
¼ Tsp Salt
¾ cup Sugar
¼ cup Melted coconut oil
1 cup Plant milk
2 tsp Vanilla, or try peppermint.
1 Tsp Vinegar
100g Chopped dark chocolate
- Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl, including the chopped chocolate.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it until you get a uniform dough.
- Fill the muffin pan with little over half full.
- Bake at 180 degrees C, for 20-25 minutes.
