I always try to get veggies into my kids, especially veggies they don’t like all that much. In this recipe, I use kale and spinach, and it’s from that it gets that beautiful green color. I don’t use oil or anything else to cook my food because I have a really good frying pan, but maybe you would need something so it won’t stick to the pan.
Serving: 10 pcs
4 dl (1,7cups) Oats flour
1 dl (0,4cup) Whole grain flour
1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
4 dl (1,7 cups) Soymilk
1 Handful of spinach
1 Handful of green kale (I use frozen)
- Blend soymilk, spinach, kale and banana in a blender, until it’s smooth.
- Wisk everything together, and let the rest for 10 minutes.
- Bake the pancakes in a frying pan and you are done.
Tip: if you want a more sweet pancake blend in some dates or use 2 bananas
